I’m not saying that digital marketing and sales is easy in the eCommerce space, but sometimes when I think about the challenges marketers and executives face in customer generation in B2B and High Value B2C, it’s crazy!

Long sales cycles. The need to target 100x more surgically on your customer than in the mass market B2C space. Like a sport without a championship that just keeps going on and on with loooong periods of time from lead to sale.
